1. Stock Footage & Digital Asset License

Stock Footage License Agreement

Effective Date: January 5th 2026

This License Agreement applies to all stock footage, digital assets, and AI-generated media purchased or downloaded from YFables.com (“Assets”).

By purchasing or downloading Assets, you agree to the following terms.

License Grant

YFables grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to use the purchased Assets for:

Commercial projects

Social media content

Advertising & marketing

Films, videos, and digital media

Ownership of the Assets remains with YFables.

Permitted Use

You may:

Use Assets in finished video projects

Edit, color-grade, crop, or composite Assets

Use Assets for client work

Prohibited Use

You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute Assets as standalone files

Upload Assets to stock libraries or marketplaces

Claim ownership or authorship

Use Assets in illegal, defamatory, or misleading ways

AI-Generated Assets

Some Assets may be generated using artificial intelligence tools.
YFables retains full creative rights unless otherwise stated in writing.

No Refunds

Due to the digital nature of Assets, all sales are final.

Termination

Violation of this license immediately revokes usage rights and may result in legal action.

2. Client Services Agreement (Short-Form)

Client Services Agreement

This Agreement applies to all custom services provided by YFables, including videography, editing, AI-generated content, and creative production.

Scope of Work

Each project’s scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing will be defined in:

A written proposal, invoice, or email agreement

Anything outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Payments

Deposits are required before work begins

Deposits are non-refundable

Final payment is due upon delivery unless otherwise stated

Failure to pay may result in delayed or withheld deliverables.

Revisions

Unless otherwise stated:

One (1) round of revisions is included

Additional revisions are billable

Ownership & Usage Rights

YFables retains ownership of all raw footage and source files

Final deliverables are licensed for agreed usage

Full ownership transfers only with written agreement

Portfolio Rights

YFables reserves the right to display completed work for:

Portfolio use

Website & social media promotion

Marketing materials

Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

AI Content Disclosure

Client acknowledges that AI tools may be used as part of the creative process where appropriate.

3. Copyright & DMCA Policy

Copyright Policy

All content on YFables.com is protected by copyright law.

Unauthorized use, duplication, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

DMCA Notice & Takedown

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please submit a notice including:

Your name and contact information

Description of the copyrighted work

URL of the allegedly infringing material

A statement of good faith belief

A statement that the information is accurate under penalty of perjury
